Just curious about where everyone thinks some of the following wrestlers would be if they had not died. Would they have reached success? Been living life on the indy scene? Retired?
Where would these following guys be had they not died....
Eddie Guerrero -
Chris Benoit -
Owen Hart -
British Bulldog -
Mr. Perfect (Curt Hennig) -
Mike Awesome -
Crash Holly -

Eddie Guerrero - Would have been feuding for the world title tbh. I mean if the rumors were true that the night before he died he was going to become champion then I think he would have feuded for the world title. But anyways I think Eddie would have been champ one more time and then be helping guys become better. It would have been sick to have Vickie cheating on Eddie for Edge it would have been a cool storyline imo.
Chris Benoit - Same boat as Eddie would have been ECW champion for a long time, Then passed a torch to CM Punk as the next ECW champion. Then getting traded to a good show and becoming champion again mostly mid card as Benoit loved working in the mid card.
Owen Hart - Sitting at home. I mean I do not think Owen and Vince were that good of friends.
British Bulldog - Same as Owen
Mr. Perfect (Curt Hennig) - Making a guest appearance or two
Mike Awesome - Indy shows. I do not think Vince was a big fan of Awesome. I knew Joey Styles wasnt a fan of him
Crash Holly - TNA!

Eddie Guerrero - A top talent, probably on Smackdown. Eddie would have worked well with several of the new superstars, like CM Punk for instance. Eddie was a great talent, especially at the end, and would still be a main eventer today.
Chris Benoit - Upper Mid Card, maybe a main event talent. Benoit was set to go to ECW and be 'the guy' there. Would he still be there? I doubt it. Everybody that has gone there to be the veteran influence is gone now, save the most recent in Christian and Regal. Benoit could have a great match with most people, and would still be a heavily used figure today.
Owen Hart - Probably the toughest to say, as he died 12 years ago. Frankly, I think he would be long since retired, as his family was always far more important to him than the business.
British Bulldog - Would likely be managing the Hart Dynasty, or teaming with DH Smith as the new Bulldogs.
Mr. Perfect (Curt Hennig) - Retired for sure. He had some serious back issues 20 years ago, no way he'd still be wrestling. He may even be commentating ala Matt Striker, for Perfect always had a flare for it.
Mike Awesome - in TNA. WWE wouldn't have used him properly, and Awesome specialized int he hardcore, which is anti the WWE Image.
Crash Holly - Probably nowhere. WWE wouldn't want him, TNA wouldn't need him.

Eddie Guerrero - Would've been in awesome feuds when not in the title chase. I think Eddie would've replace John Cena as the babyface champion of the company as soon as the booes really got over Cena and WWE would've point somebody else to carry on this spot. A "lying, cheating, stealing" face Eddie for sure.
Chris Benoit - ECW Champion for a while, then passing the torch to Morrison and CM Punk. Then drafted to RAW, then having enough of his lack of use and signing with TNA to join Kurt Angle. Benoit in the 6-sided would've been awesomness.
Owen Hart - Mmmmhhhh...Owen and Bret together would've start their own wrestling school/company in Canada with Owen making here and there appearances for TNA. But hey, Bret has no respect for TNA so...I don't know. I doubt he'd be in WWE.
British Bulldog - Well deserved retirement.
Mr. Perfect (Curt Hennig) - Well deserved retirement.
Mike Awesome - Australian Hogan tour.
Crash Holly - Indies...

Eddie Guerrero - Still in the WWE. Given the need for dependable hands who are as over as Eddie was in his day, the WWE would offer him too much money for him to consider retirement. Maybe a reduced schedule, but likely still one of the cornerstones of whatever show he was on.
Chris Benoit - Still working. I think he's one of those lifers that would have done whatever it took to keep doing what he seemed to love best in life.
Owen Hart - Gone long ago. I tend to believe the account Foley told about Owen wanting to retire as soon as economically feasible.
British Bulldog - He would still be trying to work where he could. I suspect he saw himself not just as a lifer, but believed certain... supplementation is what allowed him to escape some pretty dire health issues earlier in life. I think seeing how long some guys in the business are going, and seeing that a fifty year old could still make some decent money in TNA would have made him at least give it a try. But given what a struggle he had in WCW towards the end and nothing coming of an attempted comeback with the WWE after WCW was gone, I think he might have been retired due to lack of interests by promotions that could afford him.
Maybe trying to hold onto the glory days by being one of those guys that make a hundred bucks or so working an indy show as an ex-legend.
Mr. Perfect (Curt Hennig) - Probably trying to work TNA if possible. While I think he could have been an asset as a road agent for the WWE, I just don't think he had the maturity to do the job. He was always more of one of the boys and would likely still be getting into more trouble than the guys he's supposed to be keeping an eye on.
Probably would have left the business, though still come back if TNA gave him a call.
Maybe working color commentary for WWE since he did a relatively great job back in the 90s.
Mike Awesome - Still retired, still doing real estate.
Crash Holly - 20 dollar a night indy shows.
